Gazi, një djalë i vogël, çdo mëngjez kur shkon në shkollë përshëndet djaloshin sklupturë që është vendsour në parkun e qytetit dhe fëmijët i kanë vënë emrin Ilir. Por një ditë Ilirit i thyejnë krahët dhe Gazi i vogël kalon një dramë që gjyshi dhe prindërit e kuptojnë tepër vonë.

Gazi, a little boy, greets the sculptured boy that is placed in the city park every morning when he goes to school and the children have named him Ilir. But one day Ilir's arms are broken and little Gazi goes through a tragedy that his grandfather and parents understand too late.

Two of King Zog's courtiers are recruited by foreign agents and illegally enter Albania. But the deceived bandits are caught and during the investigation break. This serves the State Security which organizes the game to catch people who are thrown into Albania by foreign agents.
