Saimir Kumbaro (1992)

Kjo është historia e kuajve të njohur të rracës Arba. Në 1975 një gjeneral i njohur i ushtrisë shqiptare, i cili ngriti fermën e pare të kuajve në Shqipëri, u dënua me vdekje. Kjo shënoi fillimin e ekzekutimit të kuajve. Agroni në “Vdekja e kalit”, shpëton një kalë dhe për këtë dënohet nga gjygji ushtarak. Gazeta pariziane “La nuit” e cilëson filmin si autopsi të diktaturës.

This is the story of the famous Arba horses. In 1975, a famous general of the Albanian army, who established the first horse farm in Albania, was sentenced to death. This marked the beginning of the execution of horses. Agron in “The Death of the Horse” saves a horse and is sentenced by a military court for this. The Parisian newspaper “La Nuit” describes the film as an autopsy of the dictatorship.
