Ngjarjet zhvillohen në dimrin e vitit 1944. Dy korrierë, fshatari Kio dhe Sandri, nga qyteti duhet të çojnë një mesazh tek partisanët, për fillimin e sulmit. Duke kapërcyer patrullat gjermane, të ftohtin e madh dhe ujqit, Sandri vritet. Kio gjendet pa ndjenja por arrin të çojë mesazhin.

The events take place in the winter of 1944. Two couriers, the peasant Kio and Sandri, from the city must deliver a message to the partisans, about the beginning of the attack. Overcoming German patrols, extreme cold and wolves, Sandri is killed. Kio is found unconscious but manages to deliver the message.
