Kolonel Bunker ështe një parabol politike e bazuar në fakte, portrete të ngurtësuar mbi të cilat regjimi parnojak terrorizoi popullin tonë. Është viti 1974 dhe tipi Stalinian i qeverisë Shqiptare që ka tjetërsuar virtytin e gjithë qyteteve të botës, tërhiqet brenda një lloji izolimi neurotik. Ishte krijuar një program i njohur me emrin “Bunkerizim”. Filmi fokusohet mbi përshkrimin e një burri i cili jeton me ankthe reale. Muro Neto një ushtarak profesionst, njihet si “Kolonel Bunker”.

Colonel Bunker is a political parable based on facts, hardened portraits on which the parochial regime terrorized our people. It is 1974 and the Stalinist type of Albanian government that has alienated the virtue of all the cities of the world, retreats into a kind of neurotic isolation. A program known as “Bunkerization” was created. The film focuses on the depiction of a man who lives with real anxieties. Muro Neto a professional soldier, is known as “Colonel Bunker”.
